A SOMA Breath workshop can improve our physiological and psychological health as well as enabling us to let go of beliefs that we have as individuals, groups or societies.  Through a SOMA Breath Energised Meditation, we can remake ourselves to be the people we would like to be.

I came across SOMA Breath during the first lockdown of the pandemic.  Previously I had done various breath exercises for a few decades, before starting with the Wim Hof Method a few years ago.  Like with the Wim Hof Method, I liked the fact that SOMA Breath is founded on scientific evidence, using ancient breath work from the place we now call India.  Plus I loved the music!

The SOMA Breath Energised Meditation

an 1-hour long workshop combining movement, chanting and breathwork all guided with uplifting, music. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen, and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.
